Queens County Clerk to Discontinue Processing Certified Copy Requests

New Procedure for Obtaining Certified Copies of Supreme Court Papers and Exemplifications

Effective June 8, 2021, the Queens County Clerk will no longer be processing requests for certified copies of Supreme Court papers and exemplifications.

To obtain a certified copy of a Supreme Court paper or exemplification, you must submit a written request to the following address:

Queens Supreme Court Building
88-11 Sutphin Boulevard
Jamaica, New York 11435

Please include the following information in your request:

• Your name and contact information
• The name of the case
• The index number of the case
• The specific document(s) you are requesting

Your request will be processed within 10 business days.
